Nexogy Leader Emphasizes VoIP Software Integration Efforts
For most businesses, moving to VoIP is a when not if proposition. In addition to deciding on when the timing is right for them to make that transition, businesses need to figure out how their new VoIP services will work with the tools and services they already have in place.
That said, businesses customers prefer to work with communications services providers that have the expertise and partnerships to allow for ease of integration. Carlos Lahrssen, president and CEO of nexogy, recently explained how the Miami-based CSP (News - Alert) allowed for that in working with its customer Quest.
The customer was using HostedSuite. So nexogy integrated its VoIP offering with that software-as-a-service application from Evo Technologies.
“When nexogy integrated with Quest’s cloud-based management tool for shared space locations, it was a game changer!” says Lahrssen. “We’ve got the best service. We want to become the name in the industry. VoIP software integration is our goal!”
HostedSuite allows users in executive suites, shared space environments, and virtual call centers to use a single browser-based web console to answer calls, check their call histories, schedule meetings, and more. And admins can use it to control what clients can and cannot do.
Businesses and other organizations also can leverage this interface to address accounts receivables, customer support tickets, and payroll. (HostedSuite integrates with popular software such as QuickBooks, allowing for easy file transfers.)
In addition to its business VoIP services, nexogy offers internet access in three flavors. That includes Dedicated Fiber for ultra-high-speed internet, Air Fiber for “dependable-speed” internet, and Cable/Fiber for high-speed bandwidth.
In other recent news, nexogy – which offers partner, reseller, and white-label programs – has welcomed Brian Asher to the company. The company’s new director of national channel sales is TBI’s former national channel manager. He will serve nexogy’s master agencies and partner base nationwide.
